Postage and shipping

All orders are shipped from the UK.   Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. 

Your headwear is carefully packed for shipping to make sure it arrives in the very best condition.  Royal Mail first class is used for delivery in the UK and maybe overseas using international signed for delivery.

Your headwear will be posted when payment is complete. Items that state 1-3 days are usually sent the next day but please let Anne know if your order is urgent just in case. 

 

Custom orders usually take between 3-6 weeks, depending on the availability of fabrics chosen, but again if it is urgent please let me know and I will try to work within your timeframe.

Within UK
Items up to a value of £50 will be sent first class.   Items valued over £50 will be sent by special delivery.  

This guarantees next day delivery and insurance to cover the full value of your purchase.

You will be emailed to confirm that your item has been sent. If it is sent by special delivery, the email will include the tracking number. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery.

If your item does not arrive when it is supposed to, please contact Anne immediately


Overseas
Items sent outside of the UK will be couriered and are internationally tracked and insured where possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide track and sign services to some international countries.  Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. 

You will be emailed confirmation that your order has been sent along with the tracking number.
We aim for delivery of on-line goods within 2-3 business working days for UK deliveries, 3-5 business working days for Europe deliveries and 5-8 days for other international deliveries. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.  Please make sure you provide us with your up-to-date contact/address  details in your Customer Account and/or Enquiry. Otherwise delays may occur.​​Shipping The price sending a product overseas does not include shipping charges. Our shipping charges are as advised to you during the check-out process and will depend on the size of the box required. All UK orders will be assigned reference number that can be used to track your parcel via the link provided in your dispatch email. Europe and other international delivery prices may very on selected order, size of the parcel and country of destination. Please contact us for more information hats@annereedermillinery.co.uk.   

Please note that the buyer is responsible for any duties, customs charges and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country and if this causes delays with the postage,  Anne cannot be held responsible. But if your item does not arrive when it is supposed to, please contact Anne immediately
