This Privacy Policy describes how and when your information is collected, used, and shared  when you purchase an item or contact Anne Reeder Millinery or otherwise use these services.

Anne Reeder is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. and will not use the information you provide  to learn any more about you other than what is required to fulfil your orders, to provide you with an improved shopping experience, or as otherwise detailed in these terms.

 

Your contact details will not be used for marketing purposes unless you specifically consent to this. All personal information will be handled only by Anne Reeder Millinery and is never passed on to third parties.  This Privacy Policy provides detailed information on when and why your personal information is collected and used.

So that your order can be fulfilled,  you need to provide certain information such as your name, email address, delivery address, payment information, and the details of the product that you are ordering. You may also choose to provide additional personal information for a bespoke order.  If you choose not to share this personal data , or refuse certain contact permissions, it might not be able to provide the products and services you’ve asked for.

Anne Reeder Millinery is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures have been put in place to safeguard and secure the information collected online. 

Cookies

Payment
This website is hosted on Wix. They provide Anne Reeder Millinery with the online e-commerce platform that helps to sell products and services to you. Your data is stored through Wix’s data storage, databases and their general application.
 
The Wix Stores checkout process is secured by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) system technology for encrypting credit information. Additionally, Wix Stores only works with payment solutions which offer the highest level of security (PCI DDS Level For more insight, you may also want to read Wix’s Terms of Service  or Privacy Statement.   Anne Reeder Millinery does not store your payment information.

Mailing Lists

We use a third-party provider, through Wix to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing us at katherine@katherineelizabethhhats.com
