Ready made items

Buying clothing online can feel like risky business and what you receive might not be exactly what you had in mind. So Anne Reeder Millinery offers a full refund on ready made items that are returned within 2 days of receipt.  Items must be unworn and with all tags and labels attached.
Please contact hats@annereedermillinery.co.uk  as soon as the item arrives if you do have a concern or query as often the problem can be fixed with a small alteration.
Please see the Delivery and Shipping policies for details regarding damage or loss in transit.
Please note: Refunds are exclusive of postage costs and are not valid for bespoke orders.

 
Bespoke Orders 
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchange on custom orders; however, please contact Anne as soon as your piece arrives if you are not happy with it so that we can remedy the situation.

 

Cancellations

Cancellation of an order must be within 24 hours of purchase.

 

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
