This fun headpiece is made from rust coloured velvet and is trimmed with a rust leather fantasy flower with black and grey stamen and green sueded leaves.
 
The headpiece has a button based which measures approximately 7” (18cms) across and so fits any head size. The button is made from rust coloured velvet and has a soft, beret feel.   It is trimmed with a rust coloured leather flower with black and grey stamen and green suede leaves. The button is wired and lined in a lighter rust satin. The headpiece is attached to the head with elastic.  It can be worn on either side of the head.   It is very comfortable to wear. 
 
Ideal for special autumn and winter occasions, weddings, lunches  and the races.
 
Similar versions can be made in other colours.   Because all items are hand made, there may be slight variations in shape and size.

All of my pieces are hand-blocked or shaped, stiffened and, where appropriate, wired, using traditional millinery techniques. The highest quality materials are used, and each piece is hand-stitched with the greatest of care.
